1. Personal Training​

1 On 1 Training: (1 individual with 1 trainer)
  • 1 Session PER Week @ $95 each session
  • 2-3 Session PER Week @ $85 each session
  • 4 or more Session PER Week @ $80 each session
2 ON 1 Training: (2 individuals with 1 trainer)
  • One sessionper week- $70 PER member PER session
  • Minimum two or more times per week- $60 PER member PER session
GROUP OF 4 PLUS: (Group of individuals with 1 trainer)
  • $55 PER Session ​PER Member
*All training sessions come with a free meal plan, valued at $100 (must sign up for 2 or more sessions per week)

Two Sessions per week
3 months= $2000 (24 Sessions)
6 months = $4000 (48 Sessions)
9 months = $6100 (72 Sessions)
1 year = $8100 (96 Sessions)
 
Three Sessions per week
3 months= $3000 (36 Sessions)
6 months = $6100 (72 Sessions)
9 months = $9100 (108 Sessions)
1 year = $12,200 (144 Sessions)
 *Discount Packages require 40% of total package paid upfront

2. NUTRITION

Along with fitness, we strongly believe in eating well.

Ashmeade Fitness will help manage your nutrition and can hold you accountable as we analyse your macro nutrient intake weekly
1. MEAL PLAN: $100 FOR THREE MONTHS
2. SHOPPING EDUCATION: $100 FOR FIRST TIME SHOPPING

3. COOKED AND DELIVERED MEALS: $100 WEEKLY
(Meals cooked and delivered in tupperware. You are responsible for the purchase of the tupperwear and food)

3. ONLINE TRAINING

ONLINE TRAINING is for the individual who wants a personal trainer but live outside the GTA.
Through our online program, we will be able to set up workout routines at home or at the gym and also provide a meal plan based on your goals, weight and activity level
$40/week (*Minimum one month) which includes:
  • Daily Accountability and communication with Tiffany Ashmeade, a Certified Personal Trainer
  • A three month personalized meal plan based on your body type, weight, activity level and goals
  • Recipes to accompany your personalized meal plan 
  • Daily workout plans for the gym or at home
  • Weekly check-in which include; pictures, measurements and setting a new weekly goal​
$35/week if you commit to 3 months (Payment upfront or monthly)
