TRAINING SESSIONS

Daniel and Tiffany are both Personal Trainers and offer the following
1 ON 1 Training: 
  • Once per week- $80
  • Two - Three times per week -$70
  • Four or more times per week- $60

2 ON 1 Training: 
  • Once per week- $60/member
  • Minimum two or more times per week- $55/member

GROUP OF 4 PLUS: $40/HOUR EACH MEMBER

*All training sessions come with a free meal plan, valued at $80 (must sign up for 2 or more sessions)
