"I've been working with Tiff through iTraining since March 20th, (starting my 11th week) I have not lost any weight, but I have lost a total of 6.75 inches, which makes me very happy.
Tiff is always there to answer any questions, keep you motivated, and encourage while still pushing you to do your best. I love that I can do the workouts at home and still get results. The meal plan is also very reasonable. As long as you are willing to eat clean, follow your meal plans and workout plans you will succeed. The beat part of my journey so far is my mind set. Learning to have and keep a positive mindset is huge for me. Thanks for all the great work Tiff |
