iTRAINING is for the individual who wants a personal trainer but live too far. Through our online program, we will be able to set up workout routines at home or at the gym and also provide a meal plan based on your goals, weight, activity level and lifestyle.
Our main focus is Accountability, Motivation and Education
$65/week (*Minimum one month) which includes:
Daily Accountability and communication with Tiffany Ashmeade, a Certified Personal Trainer
A three month personalized meal plan based on your body type, weight, activity level and goals
Recipices to accompany your personalized meal plan
Daily workout plans for the gym or at home
Weekly check-in which include (Pictures, measurements and setting a new weekly goal)
$50/week if you commit to 3 months (Payment upfront or monthly) *All amounts are subject to HST
Fitness is a lifelong journey. Set goals and chase them down. When you reach one goal, set another one and pursue it just as fiercely. Focus on being better today than you were yesterday.When you become disciplined in fitness you will become disciplined in all other areas of life.
Putting yourself first when it comes to your fitness is the best thing you can do for you and your family. It needs to be a foundational part of life. A one hour workout is 4% of your day, there are no excuses.
