Emile is an accredited Natural Health Consultant, a certified personal trainer, coach, and a holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. With over 15 years of experience working with men and women in health and fitness, Emile uses boxing techniques to develop his clients’ confidence and fitness. A soft spoken, compassionate coach, Emile makes a personal commitment to each and every client to ensure that they attain their personal fitness goals.
Emile was an ‘All-American’ track and field athlete before taking up the sport of boxing. Stage 1: Transformation Sessions
6 weeks of preconditioning & strength training*
2x a week
$498.50 ($249.25 down; $249.25 week 3)
*During the transformation stage, functional training, balance training and strength & conditioning are the focus derived from a program based around the client’s goals.
Stage 2: Semi-private Training (no more than six persons)
Sixteen Workouts*
Must train at least twice a week

*Three months to complete. Otherwise, workouts are forfeited.
