My role is not only to get you to your fitness goals and objectives but also to create a lifestyle by integrating the body, mind and soul. Fitness should not only be a way to stay in great shape but to build a base to improve the way we live, find solutions to various health problems and also to give us the ability to follow other dreams such as hiking, playing a sport, or even just getting through day to day events.
My role in all of this is to build a balanced lifestyle by creating an environment that is not only motivating but also to empower individuals to continually challenge themselves throughout their journey in a fun and rewarding way. Creating the best version of yourself.
Thanks to my father, Joel Thomas, my journey started at a very early age. Since being introduced to an awareness of the importance of fitness at the age of 12, I have always been interested in how the body functions and why we need to do what we have to do in order to maintain a good, well balanced healthy body.
There's only one question that answers it all: how bad do you want it? Are you ready to begin your journey?
