Dianne is a wonderful, very approachable coach! She strives to help you develop healthy habits that you can continue with for the lifelong journey. Dianne has a strong background in health being a graduate of Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University. She will provide you with a workout plan that is suitable for you along with nutrition advice to help you achieve your fitness goal.
She has had many experiences with different clients, all with different needs and goals. With the wide variation from losing weight, gaining muscle, post-natal exercises and posture correction, Dianne has developed successful strategies that help each and every unique individual.
Dianne’s passion for health and fitness drives within her, being an elite performer in multiple sports at a young age she translated that love for movement and exercise in the gym. She is self-motivated in learning more in the field to ensure learning and high quality experiences for her clients. Specializing in fundamental movements, weight loss, high intensity workouts, flexibility and joint mobilization.
As a personal trainer Dianne is a great motivator coming from experiences working with group training classes, coaching sports teams and being a physical education teacher. She is compassionate and understanding, willing to put in the extra time and push as long as you are willing to pull through too!
