I have been a “GymRat” for 20 years and a personal trainer for 7 years. As a skinny kid in elementary school and the beginning of high school, I had low self-esteem and little confidence in my physical abilities. I didn’t play many sports and way very shy when speaking with my peers, especially girls. One day in gym class I decided I wanted to change and realized the gym was the place to make that happen. Every morning before school I would go to my high school gym to try and build my body. I knew that I couldn't make myself any taller; however, I could build muscle. I loved super heroes and wanted to look like one.
It was challenging and painful but I developed discipline and felt a sense of accomplishment that continued throughout my adolescence. I can still remember the first day I saw the development of my pectorals: I was instantly addicted. Since then I’ve never looked back and continue to progress. Throughout college, while travelling the world and in my career, I’ve always put my fitness first. It has helped me to control my anger, diminish my insecurities and build confidence. I use this discipline in all areas of my life.
Eventually, I decided to take my fitness to the next level. I won my first body building competition and became a world class personal trainer and fitness manager. My next venture will be to compete in a strength competition to see just how strong I am.
I am a certified trainer with credentials in pre and post natal, bosu ball, and muscle testing. Fitness is my one true passion and love. It changed my life for the better and now I want to share my knowledge and expertise with the world.

LIFE OUTSIDE THE GYM
Most of my life has taken place in the gym but now I am a married man to the most amazing woman in the world and a step father to the most beautiful little princess. These two have made my life complete.
September 2015, Tiffany and I got married and started our life together with our daughter Capri. Tiffany is my wife, best friend and now business partner. We work together on Ashmeade Fitness, brain storming ideas and working on building a business. We have recently started a Bootcamp in our town and are seeing growth every week. Without her I would not be where I am today. She is my biggest fan and constant support through this exciting period of growth for our business.
I am happier than I have ever been and have loved every second of starting my new life and career through the guidance of the Lord and the love and support of my family.
